Ridhwan Rosli (Born 1989) is currently the Director of Permodalan Tanah Melayu Berhad, Director of PINTAR, Director of Tanah Melayu Commissionaire Berhad, Executive Director of Qazaq Trade, and Steering Committee of Malay Consultative Council.
Ridhwan Rosli engages in strategic advisory and governance across a select portfolio of public and private companies. His approach is informed by both academic inquiry, as a contributor to scholarly discourse, and sustained involvement in civil society frameworks.

Ridhwan's activities are concentrated in several interconnected domains essential to national and regional progress.
Provides strategic oversight and directorship within a diversified portfolio of companies. Focus is on fostering stability and growth in sectors including international trade, technology, and resource management, with a particular interest in initiatives that bridge public interest and private enterprise.
Facilitates cross-border economic partnerships. This includes advisory roles in establishing regional trade hubs and working with international bodies to strengthen Malaysia's position in global economic networks, emphasizing sustainable and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Contributes to the national dialogue on economic and social policy through participation in high-level councils and think tanks. Scholarly contributions as a co-author of academic texts and journal articles provide a research-informed foundation for this advisory role. Engagements are often oriented toward long-term human capital and educational development.
A longstanding belief in the importance of civil society has translated into roles supporting various youth and community development platforms, with an emphasis on institutional stewardship and intergenerational knowledge transfer.
Born 1st March 1989, Ridhwan Rosli finished high school at the age of 16 from Victoria Institution (VI), Kuala Lumpur. He then pursues his law foundation in UiTM Shah Alam between 2006-2007. In 2010, at the age of 21, he graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a 1st Class Bachelor of Communication (Corporate Communication) besides 2 Vice Chancellor’s List award and 3 Dean's List Award. Later on, he did his Masters in University of Nottingham and was awarded with Master of Arts (Cultural Studies) in 2013 at the age of 24. Ridhwan is currently doing his Doctor in Business Administration in UNITAR.
In early 2016, Ridhwan co-authored the book 'Agenda Setting Diaspora' which was published by Scholars' Press based in Germany (Available on Amazon). In 2014, he co-authored the book 'Amalan Komunikasi Korporat' (Corporate Communication Practice) which is currently available in the National Library of Malaysia and major public library in the country and had been used as the text book in various public university for the subject. In 2015, he co-written 2 journal articles which was published in the International Journal of Liberal Arts and Social Science, and also the International Journal of Arts and Commerce respectively. 2017, he co-written the article 'The Bell Curve of Intelligence, Economic Growth and Technological Achievement: How Robust is the Cross-Country Evidence' and ‘Intellectual Giftedness for Leadership: How Robust is the Crime Reducing Effect of Intellectual Class'. 2018, he co-written Social Classes of Intelligence, Economic Growth and Technological Achievement: Robust Regression and Outlier Detection which have been published by SAGE's Journal of Interdisciplinary Economics. His articles range from postcolonialism, agenda setting, economics to intelligence.
Ridhwan have been active in civil society movement since the age of 17. He was a Council Member (Ahli Majlis) of Majlis Belia Selangor at the age of 19 back in 2008. He is a former Malaysian Youth Parliamentarian, Chairman for the Committee of Spirituality and Religion (2014/2016) where he made national headlines especially when he brought up the issues of vaping and marijuana. Ridhwan was also formerly affiliated with the oldest youth organisation in Malaysia, Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) before stepping down at the age of 30, ending his final term as the Secretary General in 2019. Before that, he was the Bendahari Agung (National Treasurer), Pengerusi GPMS Negeri Selangor (State Chairman of Selangor), and the YDP GPMS Klang. He was also involved in youth council namely Majlis Belia Klang, Majlis Belia Selangor and Majlis Belia Malaysia. Internationally, Ridhwan is recognised as one of the Delegation Leader (Malaysia) for World Sustainable Energy (WSE) Initiative which is based in Vienna, Austria besides was awarded the State Alumni Honourable Mentions in 2012 under the US State Department. He represented the country at international forum and seminars through various platforms and for various reason as early as 19 years old. Additionally, he is also affiliated with US State Department International Exchange Alumni, UK Alumni, Community of Democracies, Pacific Asian Communication Association (PACA) and Southeast Asia Regional Centre for Counter Terrorism (SEARCCT).
Career wise, Ridhwan was attached to UPM from 2010 till late 2017. He once ran CGTech Malaysia (2014-2017) that ventured into technology, focusing on LED and solar panels. He lectured part time in Kirkby International College and International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW) besides contributing as the module’s panel expert. He was a radio host for MySuara FM where he had his own slot called Hot Talk that runs for 68 episodes (2016-2018). Concurrently he was also attached to Concrete Gold Sdn Bhd (Real estate developer) and Sole Capital Sdn Bhd (Government relations & strategy) before. Ridhwan was also the Fellow to Malaysia’s Minister of Home Affairs (2018-2019) and formerly the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tanah Melayu Capital Berhad till late 2021. He was responsible for the rebranding of the company in 2020 and play a vital role in establishing Qazaq Trade, UNIFESTMY (Unity Festival Malaysia) and also Rakyat United (Formerly known as Felda United Football Club). He also served as the Executive Director of Ecorad Capital Berhad (ERCB Malaysia) that was involved in setting up Akademi Rel Pahang (ARP).
Ridhwan has shares and holds directorship in multiples companies (Private and Public Limited) with interest ranging from chemicals, information technology, sports, natural resources, international trade, asset protection and lost prevention, to finance. He has served as a Director in Permodalan Tanah Melayu Berhad (TMCB) since 2017 besides serving as the Executive Director of Qazaq Trade, which is in partnership with Ministry of Trade and Integration, Republic of Kazakhstan. He is also the Director of Pemerkasaan Ilmu dan Teknologi untuk Aspirasi Rakyat (PINTAR).
In 2019, Ridhwan received Anugerah Khidmat Terpuji from HRH Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehudin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, Sultan of Kedah, and in 2022, he was honoured with Pingat Bakti Belia (P.B.B.) from Selangor. He was also featured in the biographical encyclopaedia ‘Successful People in Malaysia and Singapore (6th Edition)’ released in 2024. Early 2024, he was appointed to the Bumiputera Economic Congress (KEB)'s Steering Committee, Education Reform and Human Capital Cluster. Ridhwan is also the Secretary General for Malaysian Vape Chamber of Commerce (DPVM) since 2015 besides have been appointed as a member to the Malay Consultative Council’s Steering Committee (2025-2030).
Ridhwan Rosli is frequently invited as a guest on national & international television, speaker/panel for national and international forums/conferences, and being quoted on mainstream newspapers in regards to policy, diplomacy, economy, civil society movements, youth, education and politics. To this date, Ridhwan Rosli have been quoted and featured in over 300+ articles offline and online.
Through his marriage (2013-2019), Ridhwan is a father to Raina (Born 2015) and Rafael (Born 2017).
